Returns and Exchanges

Standard Returns Policy

Our returns policy lasts 30 days. We only accept returns if the garment is faulty in any way. We do not accept returns simply for change of mind.

Garments must be in original condition with all tags attached. They must not have been worn, soiled, washed or altered in any way and in original packaging. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange. Ethica Activewear cannot be held responsible for the garments that are lost or damaged in the return process. Sale items cannot be returned.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your garment. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed (excluding any shipping charges incurred by the customer), and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We highly recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item so please keep it safe!

Exchanges are eligible on orders that fit within our Standard Returns Policy. You however, must cover the costs associated with return shipping. Sale items or discounted items cannot be exchanged. Ethica Activewear cannot be held responsible for the garments that are lost or damaged in the exchange process.

Faulty garments
We take great care when packing your order and take pride in our quality assurance process, ensuring that each garment is carefully inspected prior to shipping. If you have found a fault in a way that we may have missed, please email us at with a photo and description within 48 hours of receiving your garment. We will then provide you with step-by-step instructions on how to return your garment and provide you with a refund.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within 14 days, contact your credit card company and bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  If you’ve completed all of the above steps and you still have not received your refund yet, please get in touch with us at

Sale items and discounted items
Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
